Refund policy

 

Thank you for shopping with Ullora. We strive to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

Refunds

We do not offer refunds or replacements if a customer provides an incorrect shipping address. Please do not send your purchase back to the return address on the package.

If you wish to request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing support@ullora.com with the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for your refund request

 

Please note: All sales are final and refunds are not guaranteed.

 

Returned to Sender

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address you have two options:

  1. Reship the item: You will be responsible for paying a shipping and handling fee.
  2. Request a refund: We will refund your purchase minus the following:
    • Original shipping cost
    • Priority processing or insurance fees (if applicable)
    • A 30% restocking fee

 

In cases where the item is refused by the manufacturer or lost in transit and we do not receive the package, we may offer a 50% store credit toward a future purchase.

 

If the address provided was correct and the package is returned to us, we will reship it at no cost. However, if you want it sent to a new address, the shipping and handling fee will apply.

 

Order Cancellation

All of our items are made to order. Because of this, we can only accept order modifications or cancellations within 12 hours of purchase.

 

Clearance Items

Items marked as Clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. These items may arrive without original packaging, and we do not guarantee their condition.

 

Warranties

Our refund and replacement policy is valid for 30 days after your item has been marked as delivered.

If more than 60 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or replacement.

 

International Shipping

Customs duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in your order total. These are the responsibility of the customer, as each country has its own customs regulations and tax laws.
