How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping costs may vary depending on the item. All shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, which includes production time as many of our products are made to order.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed, you will receive tracking information via the email provided at checkout. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team at support@ullora.com.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 60 days of the original purchase date, you are eligible for a full refund.
Note: This policy does not cover delays or issues caused by incorrect shipping details provided at checkout or missed parcel deliveries.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or not as described, we will cover return shipping and replace the item promptly. Items must be returned in original packaging and condition within 15 days of delivery.
Returns & Exchanges for Non-Defective Items
For non-defective items in perfect condition, a 30% restocking fee applies. We will provide a return label upon request. Once the item is returned and inspected, we will issue a refund minus the restocking fee.
All items must be returned in original packaging and condition, and the return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
Ullora reserves the right to refuse returns requested after the 15-day return period.
